I lead renovation and real-estate adjacent businesses where performance, relationships, and operational rigor have to move together. In my VP role at Fieldstone, I assumed full operational leadership within six months and scaled a renovation division from zero into a functioning multi-state operation.

I own project delivery across a 28-site portfolio, managing stakeholder communication and performance accountability for every property at once. I also negotiated directly with US insurance companies, legal departments, and large-scale materials suppliers—building high-trust, high-stakes vendor and institutional relationships across multiple states.

To make growth durable, I designed and implemented core business systems from the ground up—procurement, legal compliance, contractor accountability, progress tracking, and cross-team communication protocols. I also built and scaled a contractor and talent recruitment operation from scratch, sourcing, vetting, onboarding, and retaining teams capable of executing under sustained pressure.

Alongside operations, I’m building premium-facing brands as a founder, including an ultra-luxury maison positioned around rare materials and relationship-led service. I cultivate introductions for UHNWI clients and operate across international markets, adapting negotiation and commercial approaches to culturally diverse, demanding counterparts.
