I’m a senior technology leader with 20+ years’ experience across enterprise applications, platform ownership, delivery leadership, and vendor management. I bridge business strategy and execution, turning fragmented technology environments into structured, well-governed platforms that support commercial outcomes.

I founded and scaled Lasertrade, a B2B SaaS marketplace, owning the technology stack and product roadmap end-to-end and securing $850K+ in seed funding. I’m comfortable being the most senior technology decision-maker—balancing architecture, integrations, and delivery priorities in founder-led, resource-constrained environments.

Most recently, as an Applications Manager for Enterprise Platforms & Transformation at T2 Tea, I led enterprise applications and platform transformation for a national multi-channel retail environment. I lifted operational efficiency by 15%+ and cut delivery lead times by ~20%, while aligning roadmap delivery to customer experience and commercial outcomes.

I also build delivery governance through operating cadence, risk/dependency management, and partner accountability across 20–50+ person organisations.
