At Base s.p.a., I work as an on-site PC technician, assisting customers with computer repairs and replacements. I also clone drives and diagnose hardware issues using tools such as CrystalDiskInfo, BlueScreenView, and memtest86.
I configure mailboxes and install or maintain devices including UPS units, unmanaged switches, access points, and smart displays. I also repair and replace components in desktop and laptop computers.
Previously, as an IT support worker at Ecol Studio Spa, I managed user accounts and devices in Active Directory, prepared Windows 10/11 devices, and handled requests through the helpdesk portal. I also supported software and workstation setup and maintenance.
