What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an entry-level IT support, systems administration, or embedded systems role where I can troubleshoot real technical issues and grow through hands-on work.

I've supported over 50 students and staff at Istituto Galileo Galilei, resolving software, hardware, connectivity, local-network, and workstation issues. I installed and configured Windows and Linux workstations and assisted with user accounts, permissions, and system maintenance.

At Kerr S.r.l. at NOI Techpark, I troubleshot embedded hardware and software, configured and debugged STM32 platforms, and built Digital Twin simulations with C# and Unity. I also tested local AI environments with Ollama and documented technical test procedures and results.
