What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead innovation, additive manufacturing and production programmes where I can turn emerging technologies into scalable, commercially viable manufacturing capability.

At Ryse 3D, I progressed from Production Technician to Head of Innovation in under two years, leading the R&D portfolio, innovation roadmap and strategic client delivery across automotive and defence programmes. I translate additive manufacturing technologies, materials, post-processing and automation into practical production capability, including 3D-printed injection-moulding tooling recognised through a King's Award for Innovation.

I've managed end-to-end workflows from quotation and scheduling through prototyping, validation and production handover, while working directly with OEM procurement teams, C-level leaders and shop-floor teams. I stay hands-on with materials testing, industrial 3D-printing systems and process improvement to strengthen quality, turnaround and scalability.
