What I'm looking for

I'm looking to convert client requirements into manufacturable CAD, validated prototypes and production-ready engineering outputs, using simulation-led design, DFM and hands-on manufacturing support.

At PORT3D, I lead client projects from requirements capture and concept generation through CAD, FEA/CFD, DFM, rapid prototyping, manufacturing preparation and delivery.

I've designed product enclosures, automotive components, UAV structures and bespoke mechanical parts using SolidWorks, Creo, Inventor, Fusion 360 and AutoCAD. I also operate SLA and FDM additive-manufacturing processes, managing build preparation, post-processing, quality checks, small-batch production and customer liaison.

Previously, I led consumer technology accessory design at PROPORTA / Greenwich Design and built automation, reporting and data-quality tools at BWTL using Python, SQL, Excel, Power BI and Streamlit. My MEng Mechanical Engineering degree strengthened my work in solid mechanics, thermofluids, CFD, FEA, mechatronics and systems engineering.
