What I'm looking for

I'm looking to deliver regulated healthcare, life-sciences or medical-device products, translating clinical and customer needs into successful releases while leading cross-functional teams and improving adoption.

I've managed ISO 13485-aligned medical-device projects at Crux Product Design, overseeing four concurrent projects in a £300k+ portfolio and leading multidisciplinary teams of around 10 specialists. I use structured controls, reporting and escalation to keep schedules, budgets, risks and client decisions on track.

Across BirthGlide, Altem Technologies and Ordrio Technologies, I've translated clinical, customer and business needs into requirements, roadmaps, releases and implementation plans. I've delivered 15 product releases across 50+ customer accounts, supported regulated device development and validation, and bring hands-on experience with ISO 14971, design controls, V&V, UKCA/MDR, Python and clinical stakeholder engagement.
