I am a driven, time-served multi-disciplined engineer with a degree in Manufacturing of Advanced Engineering Technology. My extensive experience spans across various roles and technologies within five large multinational FMCG companies. I am well-versed in manufacturing processes and have a strong background in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, which I have applied to lead day-to-day operations and improvement projects.
Throughout my career, I have successfully managed the start-up of new production lines, taking projects from the design phase through to full production. My role as a Packaging Support Engineer at MSD/Organon has allowed me to take proactive ownership of operational efficiency, focusing on OEE for high-priority lines and developing apprentices. I have a proven track record of collaborating with stakeholders to complete projects and drive defect resolution, ensuring continuous improvement in business unit efficiency.
My previous positions have equipped me with a robust skill set in maintenance management, contractor supervision, and process optimization. I have been recognized for my contributions, including receiving the Company CEO’s Award for exceptional performance.
