What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue leading product development from concept through manufacture, using CAD, DFM, prototyping and visualisation while mentoring designers and improving sustainable production processes.

At Harwin PLC, I lead consumer product development from concept through production, delivering six product ranges to market.

I introduced and validated DLP 3D printing as an end-use manufacturing process now used in production. I work directly with manufacturing teams and suppliers to optimise designs for moulding, machining and assembly while protecting quality, manufacturability and design intent.

I use advanced Creo, SolidWorks, Onshape, KeyShot and Blender workflows to communicate design intent through CAD, technical drawings, rendering and prototypes.

I also mentor junior designers in CAD, DFM and DFA, present design decisions across engineering, manufacturing and management, and contribute to sustainability improvements that reduce material waste.
