I've delivered innovation, growth strategy, and product development work for organisations including ?What If! Innovation (part of Accenture), Seymourpowell, Board of Innovation, and freelance clients. My work combines insight gathering, design strategy, storytelling, and project management to unlock new business opportunities.

At ?What If!, I managed a £1M Global Growth budget across four international markets, achieving 100% on-time delivery. I also helped create the 2021 Global Growth Strategy, redesigned onboarding to reduce time-to-productivity from one month to one week, and delivered agile capability workshops for more than 50 colleagues.

Through my freelance strategy work, I've shaped a 2030 agentic-commerce trust strategy for a global payments leader, identified five growth routes for a cardiovascular research funder, and helped move three motor-oil concepts into R&D. My insight work for a Students' Union informed operational and service changes alongside a £100k+ venue refurbishment.

I've also secured £150k of Functional Sound Design work, led ethnographic research for a major US passenger railroad project, and co-created a dual diabetes pen storage case with people living with diabetes. I enjoy tackling complex human problems, connecting authentically with stakeholders, and turning emerging insights into practical, scalable action.
