I’m a highly accomplished Senior Finance Manager and finance leader with deep experience directing financial governance, risk management, and multi-entity consolidations across international environments.
I partner closely with Board and Executive teams to build finance infrastructure that scales. I’ve also driven rapid operational change, including expanding a business from £3.3m to £23.5m in 12 months and delivering working capital improvements by reducing debt days from 60 to 15.
My track record spans budgeting and forecasting, strategic planning and analysis, statutory cash flow modeling, treasury and liquidity management, and reporting under IFRS/UK GAAP. I’m especially focused on balance sheet integrity, tax compliance (VAT and Corporation Tax), audit management, and KPI dashboard development to improve decision-making.
I lead high-performing teams and deploy advanced ERP and reporting tooling—using systems like SAP, Hyperion, Sage Intacct, and CaseWare—alongside process automation to streamline month-end consolidation, intercompany accounting, and payroll operations. Whether it’s PO workflow automation, billing system migrations, or resolving high-volume intercompany reconciliations, I bring practical control with an execution mindset.
