I'm looking to lead finance and operations in a mission-driven or scaling organisation, building robust systems, improving reporting and controls, and partnering with teams on budgeting, forecasting, compliance, and sustainable growth.

I've led finance and operations at TomorrowNow, building FP&A, grant compliance, accounting, procurement, and scalable operating infrastructure for a nonprofit delivering localised agronomy advice across Africa. At Talmond Foods, I formalised the finance function, implemented QuickBooks, migrated historical records, and prepared reporting for investment and grant proposals.

At Gemfields Group, I owned listed-group consolidation, annual and interim reporting, audit delivery, IFRS guidance, cash flow, budgeting, and finance partnering across 40+ subsidiaries. I also automated consolidation and reporting with advanced Excel, Power Query, and macros; improved budget accuracy by 15%; and have managed and mentored finance teams across the UK and internationally.
