What I'm looking for

I am seeking a senior finance role where I can lead forecasting, reporting and commercial partnering, drive process improvements, mentor stakeholders, and use Power BI and advanced Excel to deliver measurable financial performance gains.

I am a senior finance professional with 10+ years' experience delivering analysis, forecasting and commercial partnering across £10m–£52m businesses. I specialise in financial modelling, driver-based planning, KPI ownership and presenting clear recommendations to senior leadership.

My career includes senior finance business partner roles at Microsoft partners and large corporates where I led weekly rolling forecasts, owned full budgets, managed employee share schemes and implemented process improvements such as financial DOA and weekly forecasting. I am advanced in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, SUMIFs, Macros) and Power BI, and have implemented dashboards, reporting standards and data projects including data lake initiatives.

I work collaboratively across finance and non-finance teams to drive profitability, utilisation and control, and I mentor and support stakeholders through change. I am pragmatic, detail-focused and focused on delivering measurable improvements in financial performance.
