What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a finance leadership role where I can build or reshape finance functions, drive commercial performance, and partner with both board and operations—staying hands-on to deliver transformation, controls, and cash-focused decision-making.

I’m an ACA-qualified, Big 4–trained finance leader with 15+ years across senior finance, private equity, and operational leadership. I’ve proven I can build finance functions from scratch, improve governance and controls, and stay hands-on to deliver results.

I recently sold my domiciliary homecare business (St Margarets Homecare) where I acted as Managing Director. I held full P&L responsibility, led a complete digital transformation, and implemented real-time care delivery tracking, payroll inputs, invoicing, and KPI reporting.

Today I work as a Fractional Head of Finance for XR Games Limited, a private equity owned UK-based video game developer. I maintain hands-on day-to-day exposure while supporting senior leadership with commercial insight, financial analysis, decision-making, management accounts, budgeting, and cashflow forecasting—especially as cash flow remains critical during scaling.

Across my career, I’ve been equally effective at board level and on the operational front line. I bring deep experience in cashflow and working capital management, M&A and acquisitions, IFRS (including IFRS 16 conversion work), investor/PE reporting, and transformation delivered through robust processes and high-performing teams.
