What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an opportunity where I can combine IT support, digital workflow improvement, and visual design to help teams work efficiently and deliver practical results.

At Med Care Hospitals Ltd., I manage day-to-day IT support, help staff use EHR/EMR systems, and resolve hardware, software, peripheral, and basic network issues.

I also improve digital tools and workflows supporting HMO work, staff efficiency, funds processing, and operational processes. My work has been recognized with Outstanding Staff of the Year / Most Efficient Employee recognition.

Earlier, I created brand labels, brochures, journals, and print-ready materials at Felicity Press Ltd., while supporting printing and publishing workflows. I bring over nine years in graphic design and publishing, alongside hands-on IT operations, digital marketing, product design, and web development training.
