What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a relationship-led B2B sales role where I can use outbound communication, pipeline discipline, and confidence with senior business contacts to drive revenue and build long-term client partnerships.

At Wersirius, I manage high-volume outbound recruitment communication, connecting with professionals and prospective candidates across industries.

I handle around 150 candidate contacts per day, managing prospecting, qualification, follow-up, screening, and interview coordination. I work with approximately 60 trucking companies, supporting their recruitment needs and maintaining professional relationships.

I use CRM systems, Excel, Google Sheets, Slack, RingCentral, and HubSpot to keep pipeline activity organized and ensure consistent communication throughout the process.

I'm now bringing my commercial instinct, consultative communication, and disciplined outbound approach into a relationship-led B2B sales role focused on senior decision-makers, revenue, and long-term client partnerships.
