At Qatar Airways, I design and govern enterprise listening architecture for workforce intelligence and organisational analytics. I bring employee feedback, service performance indices, retention analytics, and behavioural insight into unified listening systems.
My work includes refining measurement frameworks and applying quantitative research methods, longitudinal design, and driver analysis. I also develop segmentation logic and data governance controls to maintain analytical validity and comparability across business units.
Before Qatar Airways, I taught postgraduate and MBA students at universities including Ulster University, University of Northampton, and Birmingham City University. My teaching covered business analytics, operations management, and related subjects.
My PhD research at Birmingham City University explored the psychological context of modern day slavery and supply chain issues. I also hold a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and have delivered consulting work focused on governance, organisational diagnostics, and data-led transformation.
