I’m a senior product designer and UX researcher with over 10 years’ experience across finance, fintech, e-commerce, utilities, publishing, and B2B SaaS. I bring research-led, holistic design thinking and I’m comfortable designing in both Agile and Waterfall environments. I’m currently seeking fully remote contract and freelance roles.

In my recent work, I’ve delivered end-to-end product design and UX for mission-driven organisations, and I also co-founded and ran a hospitality business as a deliberate step back from tech. Previously, I was the first UX hire in a new product team at Europe’s largest classic car marketplace, where I established the UX practice and delivered across search, browse, listing, auctions, and seller tools. I’ve also redesigned user management for a B2B SaaS platform serving 25,000 users—leading stakeholder interviews, CST shadowing, and data mapping to create a unified user profile from research through tested prototypes.
