I am an IT enthusiast with a Bachelor of Business Information Technology from Strathmore University and certifications in AWS Cloud Foundations and ITIL Foundation. I bring practical experience across network operations, customer retention, and pension administration.

In my current role as a Network Operations Analyst at NCBA Bank, I oversee the Group IT Service Operations Centre, perform continuous service monitoring, and take end-to-end ownership of major incidents while coordinating resolution teams and stakeholders.

Previously, I worked at NCBA Bank as a Customer Retention Champion, focusing on account dormancy and excess account regularization, and served as a Pension Intern at CIC Group where I prepared policy documents and calculated annuity quotations.

I am a collaborative team player with programming experience in HTML, CSS, C++, SQL, Kotlin, and JavaScript, a keen interest in AI and machine learning, and a strong drive to grow technically while delivering solutions that positively impact users.
