I seek a technology-driven role combining data science, networking, and client-facing responsibilities where I can apply technical skills to drive product adoption and measurable business growth.

I am a data scientist and network engineer with hands-on experience in financial services and telecommunications, blending technical troubleshooting with customer-facing sales and relationship management.

At KCB Bank Group I drove customer acquisition, promoted digital payment adoption (LipaNaKCB, VOOMA wallet), recruited and onboarded agents/merchants, and supported clients as a business relationship manager using Temenos T24 and Mobireg Portal.

As a NOC Support Intern at Jamii Telecommunications Ltd I supported network incident management, configured Layer 2 devices via Telnet and PuTTY, maintained fiber-optic infrastructure, and worked with ERP/CRM systems including SAP S/4HANA while preparing reports that supported audits and operational efficiency.
