At NATIONAL COMMERCIAL BANK OF JAMAICA LIMITED, I queried and transformed data in Microsoft SQL Server to support reporting and business decisions across credit cards, corporate banking, and digital loans.

I developed interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and Excel, and segmented customers for targeted campaigns that contributed to increased uptake of digital loans and credit card products.

I also improved data quality through cleaning and validation, supported KYC compliance reporting, and developed automated extraction, processing, and reporting workflows. I’m interested in applying data, automation, and emerging technologies to streamline operational processes.
