At Digicel Group, I design and maintain Power BI dashboards that give executive and operational stakeholders visibility into sales, operational, and performance insights. I analyze revenue, ARPU, churn, and customer engagement metrics while building data models and DAX measures for accurate KPI reporting.
I partner with Sales, Customer Care, Finance, and IT teams to turn reporting needs into analytics solutions, validate data across sources, and support Oracle-to-Azure Databricks report consolidation.
Previously, at JMMB and Smart Mobile Solutions, I automated bulk email processes, produced employee-performance reporting, supported software delivery, and created CI/CD pipelines for unit testing. I'm completing a Master's in Applied Data Science and hold a BSc in Computer Science with a Statistics minor.
