I’m looking for a fully remote, cross-functional role where I can automate high-throughput bioinformatics and deliver high-integrity, ML-ready datasets for drug discovery—using modern data engineering to improve scalability, reliability, and decision-making.

I’m a bioinformatics-focused Data Scientist with a PhD in Molecular Biology and 9+ years of experience bridging complex biological assays and production-grade data architecture. I automate high-throughput pipelines that deliver high-integrity, ML-ready datasets—especially for drug discovery—and I prioritize data integrity end to end.

As Founder & CEO of Clockwork Biotech, I spearheaded R&D strategy for a longevity platform using partial cellular reprogramming to modulate biological aging. I developed an in silico-first validation framework to prioritize protein targets and de-risk expensive in vivo experiments, while building a centralized knowledge base to standardize and scale long-term R&D.

In independent and contractor roles at Rancho Biosciences and FreDSense Technologies, I’ve driven data standardization and operational impact—mapping data to CDISC/SDTM, cleaning and modeling large clinical and imaging datasets, and building automated processing frameworks.
