What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an IT role where I can support endpoints and users, deploy security tools like CrowdStrike, troubleshoot Windows systems and networks, and keep improving through hands-on teamwork and continuous learning.

I’m a detail-driven and adaptable Information Technology student with strong analytical thinking, communication skills, and a collaborative mindset. I completed 486 hours of OJT at Philippine Business Bank, deploying CrowdStrike endpoint security on 250+ PCs, uninstalling eScan antivirus, and configuring Microsoft Firewall for compliance. I also handled Windows Updates, software installations, GPE/VNC setup, and remote/on-site technical support—logging and closing 38 support tickets in a single day.

I bring hands-on experience in systems and infrastructure work, including reformatting 38 HDDs, preparing LAN cables, and configuring switch routing and Ethernet connectivity. Alongside IT technical support, I build responsive web applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and I support networking and integration concepts such as IP addressing, routing/switching, and SAP process alignment.
