Alwen Nicole Ramirez

I’m an Information Technology graduate with a strong foundation in software development, networking, and database management. I’m focused on turning analytical thinking, attention to detail, and good communication into reliable IT support and practical software solutions.

Through my on-the-job training/internship, I assisted in network setup, configuration, and troubleshooting. I supported the IT department by maintaining hardware and software systems, answering customer call and chats, and performing data entry, database queries, and basic system administration tasks.

For my capstone/thesis, I designed and developed a full-stack web application using modern frameworks. I implemented database design, normalization, and query optimization, conducted user testing, and presented project findings and technical documentation to a faculty panel.

I’m eager to apply technical skills in a professional environment, collaborating with team members on system analysis and documentation. I’ve also earned recognition such as a “Professional Level Passer” for the Civil Service Commission and completed training including Figma designing & UX/UI interface and Game Development & 3D Animation.
