At Windstream Communications, I build automation against Dynatrace platform APIs for host onboarding, configuration management, and reporting, using Python, Bash, Terraform, and Ansible.

I led the migration from Dynatrace Managed to SaaS and helped establish Dynatrace as the enterprise observability standard. I design large-scale log aggregation and ingestion pipelines with OpenPipeline and Filebeat, deploy OneAgent, ActiveGate, and extensions at scale, and partner with application and DevOps teams to embed observability into CI/CD.

Previously, at the State of Tennessee, I performed Dynatrace-based performance analysis, capacity planning, and root-cause analysis for statewide systems in a regulated government environment. I also monitored mission-critical TFACTS systems and resolved Linux, JVM/JBoss, DNS, LDAP, firewall, and secure transfer issues.

In my observability homelab, I build Dynatrace API CLI utilities, Kubernetes SRE labs, GitOps configuration examples, and self-healing workflows. I focus on practical SLOs, performance KPIs, service-health dashboards, and configuration as code.
