What I'm looking for

I’m seeking leadership roles building auditable, scalable observability platforms where I can drive technical strategy, governance, and team growth.

I am a seasoned observability and monitoring leader with deep hands-on engineering experience across enterprise monitoring, APM, and distributed systems. I have led large cross-functional teams to standardize OpenTelemetry adoption, design policy-as-code, and deliver self-service observability capabilities.

Throughout my career I have owned end-to-end monitoring platforms, managed tool licensing and forecasting, and driven NIST/SOX-informed ISCM and GRC initiatives to remediate audit findings and improve control effectiveness. I blend technical skills in scripting, cloud, IaC, and containerization with governance, documentation, and stakeholder collaboration.

I seek to build robust, auditable observability platforms that reduce operational risk, accelerate incident response, and empower teams with safe self-service. I pride myself on clear communication, strong customer focus, and proven leadership across engineering and governance domains.
