At San Francisco General, I assess and stabilize critically ill and injured patients in a Level I trauma and psychiatric center. I coordinate care and disposition with interdisciplinary teams, update patients and families by phone, and document in Epic.

At Royal Ambulance, I provided advanced life support and critical care during inter-facility ground transfers, managing ventilators and titrating vasoactive medications. I coordinated care with EMTs, perfusionists, and receiving physicians, and documented assessments, interventions, and handoffs.

At UCSF, I cared for high-acuity patients in a Primary Stroke Receiving Center, performing focused triage, NIHSS assessments, and time-sensitive interventions. I also supported care coordination, patient and family education, and Epic documentation.

At Strong Memorial Hospital, I cared for post-operative and critically ill cardiac patients in the CVICU, managing hemodynamic monitoring, ventilators, and titratable drips. I precepted new staff and contributed to unit quality initiatives and compliance-focused documentation practices.
