Managed high-acuity patient populations as a Stroke and Heart Center, oriented and educated new staff, and provided nursing care to pediatric patients with complex needs.

Performed duties as a member of the trauma team with rapid assessment, management, and trauma documentation (TNCC). Acted as a Resource Nurse to support safe, timely care in a high-acuity setting.
