Jasmine Fierro

I’m a dedicated, compassionate and flexible Registered Nurse with experience in a Level 1 Trauma Center from the Emergency Department, Medical Surgical, Telemetry, Float Pool and PCU unit. I focus on handling emergency situations with calm urgency—assessing patient conditions quickly and taking initiative to support safe, effective care.

Throughout my career, I’ve delivered care across multiple high-acuity environments, including Emergency Room Level 1 Trauma and Admissions Holding Unit (MS/TELE/IMC). I’m comfortable transitioning between clinical needs as patients move through triage, monitoring, and treatment—keeping priorities clear and communication strong.

I also bring charge experience and leadership on the floor, including Charge Nurse responsibilities in Long Term Care Facility (MS/TELE) and Charge Nurse/Staff Nurse roles in Emergency Room and Admissions Holding Unit settings. I’ve worked in Telehealth Nurse and Telemetry (travel/contract) roles, adapting quickly to new workflows while maintaining consistent patient-centered standards.

My certifications—BLS, PALS, and ACLS—support my readiness in time-critical care, including COVID-19 Unit experience. I’m committed to compassionate nursing and continuous improvement, and I’m excited to bring my trauma, telemetry, and charge background to a team that values excellence and reliability.
