I am an adaptable IT technician and hands-on professional with military and civilian experience supporting users, troubleshooting systems, and managing operational tasks. I have worked in IT helpdesk roles, industrial assembly, retail management, and multimedia production, bringing a practical, can-do approach to every assignment.

In the Army and Army Reserve I served as an Information Technician and Multimedia Illustrator, troubleshooting computers and printers, managing user accounts and permissions, and creating graphics, signage, and accountability documentation. In civilian roles I supported end-users on ServiceNow, performed system maintenance and backups, and learned manufacturing processes on the Hyundai MetaPlant.

I lead and follow as needed, learn quickly, and deliver work on time. My strengths include technical troubleshooting, customer-facing support, inventory and shipment handling, graphic design using Adobe Illustrator, and effective communication in team environments.
