I am an experienced loan officer and administrative professional with a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resource Management and a strong track record in credit appraisal, loan recovery, sales, and client relationship management. I have worked at Visionfund Tanzania Microfinance Bank where I led client visits, monitored loan repayments to minimize delinquency, and conducted sales and marketing campaigns to grow the client base.

I bring hands-on experience in insurance sales, HR practical training, and proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data entry software.
