What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an operations-focused role where I can lead teams, suppliers, budgets and delivery standards while improving productivity, safety and quality.

I run Nexus Structures in Bahia, planning and controlling structural projects across schedules, budgets, team productivity, quality and workplace safety.

Previously, I coordinated daily operations across front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage at Tivoli Ecoresort Praia do Forte. I handled customer non-conformities and SAP records while supporting international guests and executives in English and Spanish.

I founded and led Center Projects in Sydney, managing carpentry teams and subcontractors on large-scale construction projects while controlling costs, deadlines, quality and WHS compliance.

My hands-on background includes carpentry, event production, 3D design and WordPress development. I bring practical execution experience alongside operations leadership, supplier management and continuous improvement.
