At SteelCorp Construction, I managed planning and financial control for projects in Rio Grande do Sul and Santa Catarina. I managed the construction of 116 modular light steel frame homes donated to residents affected by floods, in partnership with government agencies.
I also coordinated the sealing, facade, and ceiling workstream on a vertical development with four towers and approximately 44,000 m² of built area. My work included project indicators, progress reporting, and technical and contractual analysis of claims.
At DOX Planejamento e Gestão, I managed construction across a residential portfolio totaling R$ 114 million and 6,500 m². I handled procurement and direct negotiations, achieving average savings of 5% against the total budget.
Earlier, at Plusmetal Engenharia Ltda, I coordinated construction projects for Mercedes-Benz, Scania Latin America, and Toyota Brazil, from design development through final delivery. I also developed an in-house system for cost and procurement management.
