Support youth in shaping their own service plans, including mental-health and social-service goals that reflect client needs and preferences. Coordinate assessments, Child and Family Team (CFT) meetings, family engagement, progress monitoring, and transitions to appropriate placements.

Provide direct supportive service coverage while positions are open or staff are temporarily unavailable. Support youth with case management, assessment, crisis management, skills development, and strength-based, culturally competent intervention strategies for independent living transition.

Advocate and provide support for survivors/victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, human trafficking, and elder abuse. Manage day-to-day shelter and transitional housing interactions, provide crisis counseling and referrals, and complete case management including assessments and transportation coordination.

Provide instructional support for students (Grades 6–8) including learner engagement, classroom management, and behavior modification. Support students with IEPs and a range of disabilities and learning differences (including ADD, ADHD, autism spectrum disorders, and dyslexia) to support safety and learning outcomes.

Support campus safety and security through program protocols, risk monitoring, and first-responder responses to breaches and potentially volatile situations. Assist with student behavior management and conflict resolution, conduct foot patrols, and help support emergency and restorative justice processes.

Provide crisis counseling and support for Sonoma County’s vulnerable homeless population with overlapping mental health diagnoses. Perform intake assessments and documentation, maintain treatment and medication logs, and deliver 1:1 and group counseling while coordinating appointments and emergency response.

Coordinate residential care operations by monitoring resident participation in daily schedules and intervening based on treatment plans and house needs. Complete shift documentation, support transportation safety, supervise medication self-administration per physician orders, and help ensure physical plant safety and security.

Provide transitional services to mental health clients recently released from incarceration, including relationship-building and counseling to support reintegration. Complete required paperwork (house log, service plans, assessments), monitor crisis follow-up, write incident/discharge notes, and manage client exits when program rules are violated.

Manage day-to-day restaurant operations by delegating daily activities, monitoring output, and supporting team performance. Train and mentor staff and handle day-to-day customer service needs.

Serve beverages while monitoring guests for intoxication and reporting concerns to management. Check identification, maintain food storage practices, and support guest satisfaction through timely table check-ins and conflict resolution.

Assist customers with purchases and product discovery and support loyalty/rewards program enrollment. Educate customers on promotions, answer questions about store policies, and support front-lane product sales.

Process customer purchases and manage cashier shift responsibilities, including scanning barcodes and restocking/organizing merchandise. Count cash in the register drawer and support product sales in front lanes.
