What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role in trauma-informed, equity-focused care where I can support youth and survivors through crisis intervention, case management, and rehabilitation—building real stability, coordinating services, and empowering clients to reach their goals.

I’m a dedicated social services professional with 9+ years of experience supporting at-risk youth, survivors of violence, and underserved communities. My work is grounded in trauma-informed care, equity, and client empowerment, with a focus on helping people build stability and access the support they need.

In my current role as a Mental Health Rehabilitation Specialist, I support youth in shaping their own service plans, coordinate mental-health assessments, and help run or facilitate Child and Family Team (CFT) meetings. I engage families and natural supports, monitor progress toward goals, assist with placement needs, and provide intensive home-based services when stability and safety require it.

I also bring strong crisis and advocacy experience, including Safe House Advocate work for domestic violence, sexual assault, human trafficking, and elder abuse clients—providing crisis counseling, case management, referrals, and accompaniment as needed. With certifications including Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault Counselor/Advocate, mandated reporter, and CPR/First Aid/AED, I’m committed to consistent documentation, safety, and high-quality, culturally responsive support.
