I’m a Compassionate and recovery-oriented Peer Recovery Support Specialist (PRSS) with experience in customer service, leadership, community support, and overcoming personal adversity. I’m dedicated to helping individuals navigate recovery, build self-sufficiency, and achieve personal goals through encouragement, advocacy, and peer support.

I’m known for strong communication skills, reliability, professionalism, and the ability to build trust with diverse populations. I bring a dependability-focused approach—being dependable, punctual, and professional—while staying grounded in a compassionate, recovery-oriented mindset.

In my roles across fast-paced service environments, I’ve supported people and teams through consistency and calm problem-solving. As a Shift Lead, I supervise daily operations, support team members during shifts, and help train and mentor new employees while maintaining a positive atmosphere for customers and staff.

From cashier work to self-contracted cleaning services, I’ve strengthened my client relationships through professionalism and reliability. I also bring training aligned to trauma-informed, solutions-focused, and motivational approaches, including Trauma Informed Care (TIC), Solutions Focused Brief Interventions (SFBI), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Naloxone Administration, First Aid/CPR, and RHAAZ House Manager.
