I am an experienced Credit Controller with over 10 years in credit and accounts receivable, having worked extensively with systems such as SAP, MACmobile and Microsoft D365 for more than 11 years. I consistently deliver accurate daily reporting, account reconciliations, and account ageing analysis while managing collections and dispute resolution.

At Coca Cola Beverages Africa I progressed from Debtors Clerk to Credit Coordinator, leading monthly audits, stock counts and presenting findings to regional credit and distribution managers. I reduced cash risk through distributor assessments, investigated payment issues with providers, and managed legal handover preparation for overdue accounts.

I bring strong computer literacy, reporting, negotiation and communication skills, and perform well under pressure with attention to detail and effective time management. I am eager to grow professionally in an organization that values hard work and entrusts me with responsibility.
