I am a retired U.S. Air Force officer with Top Secret clearance and over 19 years of experience creating and leading technical training programs across defense, cyberspace, and education sectors.

I design learner-centered solutions using ADDIE and ISD principles, developing eLearning with Articulate Storyline 360, Moodle, and multiple LMS platforms, and I lead Agile/Scrum training development with Jira to meet delivery timelines.
