At Stats Perform, I governed business-critical documentation from first draft to archive, building a central registry of more than 4,000 documents and assets. I also maintained a terminology standard through the Stats-Perform merger.
I led the migration of more than 3,000 customer-facing assets into ServiceNow knowledge articles, organized across six knowledge bases. The migration finished in July 2025, two weeks ahead of plan.
I led the Document and Knowledge Management and Technical Writing teams, working with Product, Engineering and Operations on quality controls, editorial standards and agile writing workflows. In 2025, the team processed 1,346 documents with a smaller team, and I led a project to publish about 90 HR policies in ServiceNow.
I was one of three people on the Data Operations ISO 9001 certification project, responsible for documentation compliance. I hold a PhD in Sociology, and that background shapes my interest in how people use information, not just how it is stored.
