I’m an early-career knowledge management and governance professional with experience supporting international organizations and public institutions. I bring a track record of knowledge systems organization, stakeholder coordination, and evidence-based initiatives, grounded in participatory approaches and digital innovation.
In my UNDP work, I provide quality control and knowledge management support for the Gateway Integrated Platform (GWIP), including establishing and documenting the quality control lifecycle and aligning GWIP Help Guides with institutional procedures. I also support optimization and testing of the GWIP AI chatbot, consolidate and expand the GWIP Toolkit/Library for accessibility, and help map Learning Center content for public access.
