What I'm looking for
I’m a trained agronomist currently working as a Trainee/Greenhouse Manager, managing bell and habanero peppers from seedling stage to harvest while maintaining optimal greenhouse environmental controls like temperature, humidity, and ventilation. I handle soil and nutrient management, implement irrigation scheduling and water management, and use integrated pest management (IPM) to monitor and protect plant health, collecting crop-performance data to improve yield outcomes.
Beyond the greenhouse, I bring structured leadership and coordination from roles including Project Manager in student-driven initiatives and Administrative Assistant supporting document management, records/databases, and executive report preparation. I’ve also delivered engaging Government and Civic Education lessons as a Subject Teacher through NYSC, and I’m motivated to contribute to a team-driven, innovative environment where I can grow professionally and make a positive impact.
