Marvellous Jaiyeola

I build evidence-driven agricultural and food-systems solutions through fieldwork, research, and analysis. My experience includes conducting food security studies and supporting agrochemical and adoption-focused investigations that translate into actionable recommendations.

At Agriant, I’ve worked across field operations and leadership roles, including Agricultural Field Inspector responsibilities and later Managing/Fieldwork Director and Management Officer duties. I focus on organizing field activities, ensuring effective execution, and turning findings into improvements for agricultural practice and outcomes.

My research background strengthened my ability to design studies, collect data, and interpret results using both quantitative and qualitative methods. I developed a research framework and methodology tailored to a university context, using surveys, interviews, and focus group discussions, then applied statistical analysis to identify patterns, correlations, and determinants.

I’m also active in outreach and knowledge-sharing, serving as a leader in education and enlightenment group work and volunteering as a tutor. I value bridging theory and practice, leadership development, and continuous growth through industry-relevant effectiveness.
