What I'm looking for

I’m seeking an agricultural development role where I can lead farmer training, agronomic guidance, and field trials while growing fertilizer/agri-input adoption through strong stakeholder partnerships.

I’m an Agronomist and Agricultural Development Specialist with over 10 years of experience across agronomy, agricultural extension, sales, and hands-on farm research management. I combine technical agronomic advisory with on-the-ground engagement to help farmers adopt practices that improve productivity.

In my role heading an Agricultural Development Center, I coordinate field operations and deliver agronomic advisory services covering soil health, fertilizer application, and crop management practices. I also drive farmer training sessions and demonstration plots to strengthen product adoption and better outcomes for both smallholder and commercial farmers.

I bring strong commercial and stakeholder skills from fertilizer and agri-input sales—building relationships with distributors and farming communities while supporting retailers and agro dealers. Alongside this, I’ve managed nursery, poultry, and fishery operations and supported research activities with data collection.

I also value clear communication and leadership, shaped by my experience as a Vice Principal and class teacher. I’m motivated by collaborative work with diverse stakeholders and I’m excited to lead initiatives that align with agricultural development and sustainable farming goals.
