Faith Augustine

I’m a Botany and Ecological Studies student at the University of Uyo, building five-plus years of hands-on experience across greenhouse operations and botanical laboratory work. I focus on controlled plant cultivation, plant health monitoring, and careful data handling to support practical ecological outcomes.

In my current role as a Greenhouse Assistant, I manage daily greenhouse operations—watering, transplanting, and maintaining optimal environmental conditions. I also assist with propagation and cultivation of various plant species, and I record growth data to turn observations into actionable reports.

Previously, as a Botanical Laboratory Assistant, I conducted plant biology and ecology experiments, prepared and analyzed plant samples, and maintained laboratory equipment in a clean, safe environment. I also contributed to a Vegetation Diversity Study (Estuarine Ecosystem) by collecting and analyzing ecological data, strengthening my commitment to environmental sustainability and plant conservation.
