What I'm looking for

I'm looking to deepen my work in ICT systems, data analysis, and digital technology while contributing to practical operational improvements, device rollouts, and business support.

At Mthinte Communications, I'm the primary configurator for Tozed and Huawei routers on a national rollout, delivering around 2,500 configured devices across all nine South African provinces. I also support ICT and telecommunications operations through system updates, data entry, reporting, and management presentations.

I've introduced request tracking and digital collaboration tools to improve turnaround, information sharing, and administrative efficiency. Building on a BCom and ongoing BSc Information Science studies, I bring experience in data analysis, digital marketing, customer engagement, and team leadership.
