I’m an IT Support & Systems Administrator focused on keeping websites, digital platforms, and business systems running reliably. I combine technical troubleshooting with strong administrative discipline to deliver efficient, customer-focused solutions.
In my current role as a Web & Systems Administrator, I manage websites, digital platforms, and business systems for day-to-day operations. I maintain WordPress sites, update content, optimize performance, and provide technical support for software, systems, and user-related issues.
Across freelance and support work, I diagnose and repair hardware, software, and networking issues. I configure routers and WiFi networks, support LAN and wireless networking, perform PC diagnostics and repair, and provide user training to improve digital processes.
I also bring a digital content and web support background, including website administration, responsive web design, HTML/CSS, SEO fundamentals, and content creation with Adobe Photoshop and Canva. I’m currently pursuing Cisco certifications (CCNA and CyberOps) to deepen my networking and cybersecurity expertise.
