I’m an Administrative Assistant with 3+ years of experience supporting healthcare operations in fast-paced, high-demand environments. I focus on delivering clear customer service, accurate record keeping, and reliable administrative support for patients, visitors, and multidisciplinary teams.

In my current role, I register and update patient information in internal systems, organize and maintain administrative documentation, and support healthcare professionals with day-to-day operational tasks. I also manage inventory and supply control in the warehouse, coordinating linen and uniform distribution through the laundry department while ensuring compliance with organizational procedures.

I work with strong communication in Portuguese and English, and I’m comfortable multitasking, working independently, and collaborating as part of a team. I’m especially interested in remote work, international customer support, and AI-related training projects where I can contribute with administrative excellence and customer-first support.
