At TW Consultoria Empresarial, I help B2B and B2C companies turn management, pricing, and commercial intelligence into sustainable results. I work on financial diagnostics, strategic planning, pricing, and team training to support better decisions, profitability, and efficient growth.
Before co-founding TW Consultoria Empresarial, I built my commercial intelligence experience at ASSA ABLOY Brasil, progressing through sales support, sales administration, and market intelligence roles.
With more than a decade in pricing and commercial intelligence, I develop integrated commercial policies, revenue-management strategies, and governance practices. I also support sales plans, marketing initiatives, customer acquisition, and expansion of existing customer bases through practical, performance-focused consulting and mentoring.
