At ChinCenterforPeace&Reconciliation, I coordinated community-based peacebuilding and reconciliation initiatives across conflict-affected regions. I conducted stakeholder mapping, needs assessments, and field research to inform program design.
I designed and facilitated inclusive dialogue sessions and capacity-building workshops for local leaders and civil society actors. I also produced analytical reports, policy briefs, and donor documentation aligned with SDG 16.
As a Researcher with UnitedStateInstituteofPeace, I conducted qualitative research on peacebuilding, governance, and conflict dynamics using interviews and document analysis. I contributed to research reports and publications with policy-relevant recommendations.
My work has also included coordinating humanitarian responses with INTERSOS - HumanitarianOrganization and supporting logistics for ChinEducationInitiatives. I bring experience in translation and interpretation across English, Burmese, and Chin, alongside an academic foundation in sustainable development and management.
