What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build government partnerships and high-impact development programs that advance regional connectivity, MSME growth, sustainable development, and policy dialogue in Northeast India and South Asia.

I lead stakeholder engagement and partnership development at the Global Association of MSMEs, strengthening the MSME ecosystem across Northeast India. I build collaborations with industry, financial institutions, government agencies, and entrepreneurship support organizations.

Previously at Asian Confluence, I developed and delivered diplomatic and foreign policy-focused programs with diplomats, the Government of India, state governments, foreign missions, international agencies, and academic institutions. My work supported regional connectivity, economic empowerment, sustainable development, and cross-border cooperation.

I have worked on Track 1.5 and Track 2 dialogues, including high-profile international programs such as the India-Japan Intellectual Conclave. I also develop strategic communications and thought-leadership content, including the Ground Speak series.

With postgraduate training in International/Global Studies and a foundation in Political Science, I bring on-ground experience from Northeast India to policy research, stakeholder dialogue, and program delivery.
